Awesome piece of kit. Excessive Megapixels = noisy pictures but only really noticeable if you are going to get large prints made. Otherwise excellent.

I used an FZ20 for a few years and it was an amazing camera.

Nice photo's yeah been reading up on the ISO stuff - ISO 400 = fine anything higher will start getting noise. Seems a great bridge camera though before splashing out on DSLR's. Just in my price range for what I want it for.

I have just bought an FZ30, only just had it so only taken about 10 pics but i'm impresed with what ive seen so far.
think its the same as that but its 8meg pix not 10.
Don't think you will be disapointed.
It's good price though mate, i paid £350 for mine
