Pc external Hard DRive on a PS3

HI Guys,

I've a some avi's on an external hard drive which is connected to my pc. I want the avi to be on the PS3. Whats the best way of doing this?

The PC which the Hard Drive is conected to has a network cable going to my wireless router, and the PS3 is connected the router via the wireless connection.

Is there any problem which I can download and install on the pc which will enable me to send files to the PS3 (over the air using the wireless router)?
