Passenger door won't open externally after a scrape

Basically had a scrape against a concrete wall at work a few months ago and ever since my passenger door won't open! You can open it from the inside but even with the key or central locking it won't open externally.

The handle feels lighter as though it's came off a track? I'm not sure how it works.

Please help!

You've probably snapped the plastic clip that holds the rod in place to open the door.

I done the same when a mate tried opening the door whilst I unlocked the car.

Take the door card off and have look, they're cheap from Renault.
