Part numbers? Main bearings F4R73x

Main bearings on my crank are:

2xRED (stamped with 7700108715)
3xBLUE (stamped with 7700108716)

however these numbers dont give a "hit" in the Renault system the only item Swedish Renault delaers list is a kit called: 7701 478 839

So what does this kit include, 5 red and 5 blue? Find it strange you can buy the bearings a piece?!?

Can someone help me straighten things out?

that is a kit of 10 shells , you cant buy separatly , well not from renault , and should always replace the set anyway.
£65 + vat ish from uk.
