paint job

Guys, need to get the right colour paint touch up stick thingy but need the code for the paint. I beleive its under the bonnet? Can anyone tell me where the code is situated? ta

Check the Haynes manual, I seem to remember its on the VIN plate but I cant think which number it is off the top of me head. That was for a 16v, all should be the same I think.

Its ok i got it - just had a scare though - i spoke to renault who took the details and told me my car was supposed to be white according to Renault! Apparently there had beena mistake though - thought my car was dodgy for a momment there!!! Its Etruscan Red in name and the paint code is 763 in case anyone else needs this!!
