orange business contract question

Wondering if anyone can help me with a question. ive got a 24 month orange solo business contract running,, and am over half way through it, i presumed id be eligable for a free upgrade by now but am being told i have to wait until my contract is up, can anyone give me some advice please

True story mate...i had this problem last year..i was browsing in phones 4u last november and they just upgraded my handset free off charge as long as i took on another 12 month contract..
