Oil pressure & temp gauges

Good Evening! i´ve got a 3 gauges cluster from an audi coupe, and I have some questions about installing it on my clio.
the oil pressure only reads till 5bar (72Psi) what is the max oil pressure that can have a clio? (in a racetrack)
I´m not very friendly of Oil sandwiches, so i´m guessing if its possible to install by another way.

Hi! after doing some tests with this gauges, it seems that are faulty. Im going to buy a new ones, but i would like to know the Max oil pressure that the clio should have in trackday conditions to buy the Correct oil press gauge. i have two options 5Bar or 10Bar. Which I should buy?
