Oil leaking?

From replacing my sparkplugs and leads i noticed there was a quantity of oil at the top of the plugs and down in the recess, could this be head gasket?

Not head gasket if its ontop of the plugs. More than likely the rocker cover.

^ agree with the above comment but cud just b something simple like the oil has been spilt while topping up
