Oil around two ht leads... is this normal...?

i noticed my car has been sludish since it was serviced bout 3 months back... took the engine cover off to check the spark plugs and noticed that 2 and 3 seem to have what looks like oil around them...but 1 and 4 dont... didnt get to check the plugs as there deeper than i thought so will need to get the tool from halfords

My old one was the same, only worry if there is a lot of oil on the spark plugs themselves.
