They cant refuse a warranty claim due to not getting your car serviced at the schedualed points any more so if its due at 24 but you get it done at 26k they cant refuse to do it hehe unless the part failure is directly linked to the service not been done

I missed mine and the gear box fukin cracked! They wouldnt fix it and wanted 2 grand to do it. So I ended up paying for it, do u reckon I could do anything about it now? I phoned everywhere at the time and they said theres nothing they can do. i.e customer service dept
