o2 sent me wrong phone

i had a k850i which was my 3rd replacement.i asked for another phone and they said i could have a samsung but as replacement was a refurb it would be without a charger etc.... anyway i said just another k850i will do. my replacement k850 arrived 2day and they have sent me a brand new samsung tocco.ive used it for bout 5 minutes and its crap. im due an upgrade in 3weeks and was thinking of selling it. there is nothing to stop me doing this is there? there not likely 2 ask 4 it back??

il get it sold 2moro then computer exchange will give me £140 which aint 2 bad .
