normal 3 sim card.

i have a normal 3 sim card on contract, it supports 3g, and ive been searching around to see if it would be ok in a normal 3g iphone and after research im pretty sure it would. im also trying to find this out for the 3gs but i cant find a straight answer, some people say yes and some no - saying that you need a sim card with a number on it begining with certain numbers or something along those lines...

can anyone clear this up for me - will my 3g sim work in a 3gs iphone?

im only looking at unlocked iphones too. thanks

yes it will thats what ive done,

its the iphone 4 that needs a micro-sim,

if its a 3gs it just needs to be unlocked or on the 3 network

The only iPhone it's no good in, is the original iPhone / 2G.

For the 4, cut it and you're done.

3G and 3GS, whack it in.

Christ knows how you've struggled to find any information on it.
