Hi i have one of these phones and sometimes when it rings it is real quite and same when the text message comes in. Has anyone any ideas? All the settings are on full I.E number 5. Is it a shop repair?

I had two of those in the space of two weeks... mainly software issues.

If it's over 28 days old, take it in - I'm sure they'll know what to do with it.

(ps make sure it's not "profiles" changing the loudness first)
