new tyres or new wheels/tyres

hey people i got my ph2 172 a few weeks ago and im loving it except when its wet as its got 4 different cheap tyres on so i was thinking what would you guys do...

either get 4 good new tyres for me 16s or spend some more and go down to 15s with good tyres aswell.
im thinking more along the lines of 15s as will save me a good bit in tyre costs in the future aswell as weight saving as i quite fancy some team dynamic 1.2s in black

anyway all thoughts and opinions are welcome people.

yeah thats what i was thinking.its about 15-20quid approx cheaper on 15s and that mounts up over time.
i found these for £560 with tyres does that seem about rite?

not my favourite tyres in the world as didnt think they were up to much when i had me leon cupra, f1 gsd3 are my tyre of choice realy grippy in wet and dry just wear abit fast
