New shocks all round...why am I scrubbing out still?

  172 Cup
Bought my car back after a few years of a friend owning it.
I was driving it quite enthusiastically the other day, and noticed it was scrubbing out, and the handling just wasn't what it used to be, so thought new suspension all round for my 172 Cup.

These are what I purchased:
Front cup shocks: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/272137851404?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT
Rears: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/151434026371?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT Ok the rears aren't genuine, but the guy has 55,000 feedback!

Had a new exhaust bracket as well, will check the centre pipe one, but it doesn't seem to be hanging low, so unsure where else I should be looking at? Running standard Turini wheels etc.

Oem tears?
No, will get the tracking done next week, forgot thanks and had 3 new tyres so should of done, thanks.

I'll ask for the bushes to be looked at. Really don't understand suspension tbh. Thanks
