Evening all

Finally took the plunge a couple of weeks ago and decided to order the little French pocket rocket, only got 8 weeks left til I pick it up! (my own choice to wait as I needed time to sort finances out) so until then all I can do is read of all the real/unreal problems that are affecting the cars and giving me cold sweats in the process!!

Using the 172/Cup as a guide what kind of tyre life can I expect? I wont be thrashing the car everywhere so hopefully it wont be too horrendous, I called Elite today and they can supply the Exalto2 for £123, a little bit pricey methinks..

i get about 6000 out of fronts ive seen as bad as 3000 or as good as 15ish dependin on how you drive it

guess il be driving everywhere at 3000rpm to keep costs down...yeah right, guess il just resign myself to spending silly money on rubber

any recommendations for a similar handling tyre at sensible money?

i got 20,000 out my pilots 195/45/16 on the rear wheels !!

Even I get 10k out of my tyres (swapped front to back) and I aint Driving Miss Daisy!

yeah bout 15ish, but i dont drive like a tw"t on the motorway,which is where i seem 2 do most of my driving!
