Need Help Please

  1.2 16v
Hi All,

In December my car was bumped by an HGV while parked outside a shop. The damage was very minor with a small dent on the rear passenger side and a broken light, the car was mechanically sound and everything was working. To cut a long story straight it was sent to Churchills recommended body shop for repair.

2 weeks ago after chasing the body shop for my car back they said the car was out at a specialist as their was "an issue with the horn". There was nothing wrong with the horn when the car was sent but i thought as long as they were sorting the problem it was fine.

Last week they said that i will have to pay £190 if i wanted the horn fixed. I protested and argued with them but maybe it was just the rotary switch which is a common problem. However, tonight they dropped the car off and not only is the horn not working, the service light is illuminated, airbag light is on and none of the head lights work. They've damaged the gearstick gator and the front tyre is flat! Where do i stand?

I know for a fact that they have not disconnected the battery as the radio is not asking for a code. Is it possible that they have fried something while undertaking the repairs.

Any help would be appreciated.
