Na 01 01 fault code from u480 code reader?

Got one off these off eBay the other day used it on my car to check allwas ok after the engine light came on. Just wanted to check it was te de-cat causing it. It scans the car says there is one code but just comes up with na 01 01. Also put it onto my friends Clio 1.2 campus as his engine light is on, his car is standard and it also came up with the code na 01 01. It let's me erase the codes but that's not much use if you don't know what the problem is.

That means absolutely nothing... might be the code reader itself saying everything is okay. This is why we don't use cheap readers from eBay in the trade
