my 1996 1.2 clio failed the MOT on the n/r wheel having no reading on the foot brake (the hand brake is ok) I was told that it was the wheel cylinder i have changed the cylinder,bled the brakes 3 times adjusted the brakes but still the n/r wheel will not lock out on the rolling road i.e. it still will not pass the MOT please can any one help
