My ph1 172

Just to start off with a couple of piccies, the car needs a few bits sorting out on it had the car 2 weeks and not driven it hard at all due to cambelt needing doing, where I work are sorting it out at the moment so should have it back for tommorow night which I can't wait for. After a long run of very reliable jap cars this is my first french car for about 10 years and I'm very surprised how soild it is I thought it would just rattle along but its completely fine anyway got a few plans for it, it already has a catback magnex and a filter. Here it is.

Love a good PH1. Look so much more agressive than PH2's IMO.

Dunno yet got lots of ideas floating around in my head. Getting it tidy and servicing it at the mo then bring on the mods.

Just had cambelt done yesterday had to have aux belt and tensioner kit aswell which wasn't expecting but at least I can safely drive the car how I want

Just little update havent been on here much and not got loads done to the car with work and having a son dont really have much spare time but I have fitted my first mod, a splitter it came off a mk3 clio with front end damage that we had at work so as they where throwing the bumper out I thought I may aswell have it. For me its finished the front off nicely.

No problems its well fastened on should be getting lowered aswell soon so will see if it catches on that stupid speed bump at the top exchange street.

Strange boy. I still say you need to sell the Clio and tuck a 9 in the garage as a project

I have silver ones that are covered in crap and im into the blue aswell reminds of my mk1 mr2.

Just a little update. When I got the car it had ph2 iceberg silver bootlid and spoiler so I decided to spray it for the moment and I'm pretty pleased with the finish and the match.
Also done spark plugs and pollen filter. Just need to sort drivers door out next, it has a huge scratch in it I am going to replace the door to be fair it has so many tiny dings and ripples in it plus its cheaper to replace it.
All the badges are going back on aswell.
