MOT advise on brakes

What do they mean by 'service' brake ?

"Vehicle has only just met the required service brake efficiency. Aooear that system requires adjustment or repair."

Is the service brake the main system or handbrake ?

does it mean your rear load sensor? what advice did the MOT place give? has it failed?

Ask the MOT tester. They should be able to give advice on what the problem is.
