The bolster on my drivers seat was shagged from getting in and out so i ordered new ones from Capital seating.
Im useless at car maintenance and tend not to do it, but i saw a 'how to' on itr-dc5 so i had a go.

Took the seat out and apart

Cleaned the bolster cover and after 20 minutes gentle persuation the new bolster was in place.
