Mk3 rear brakes upgrade to discs

Can anyone tell me if it is a straight swap to put rear discs/hubs from a MK3 GT onto a MK3 1.4 dynamique. I appreciate that I will also need to change the hand brake cables. Hopefully somebody has already done this conversion. Many thanks

I doubt it will be as easy as a straight swap. I'd expect there to be an issue with the ABS.

The rear discs on the mk3 are s**t. Constantly seizing. Stick with drums.
