MK3 Clio RS 200 rear brakes

Hi Guys,
I don't own a Clio so my knowledge on them is very little. My friend has one and the rear brakes (Discs and Pads) need changing, im going to fit them we just need to sort him the parts. Does anybody know the best value for money discs and pads that are available and could provide some links for me. Also most seem to come with bearings and ABS rings, will these need replacing aswell?
