MK2 PH2 Sunroof leaking

my mate has got a MK2 PH2 clio and the sunroof is leaking what can he do to fix this, if this requires removing the headlining is there a quide for this?

Strip it down check/replace the seals.

whats the easiest way of taking the netire piece of glass out? Ive managed to push in the red think and the sunroof clicks out but feel Im going to break it If I push it any harder upwards.
