Mk 2 RS Rotors

Hi there,

Just wondering if you guys know the diameter of a standard RS Clio 172 Mk2 front rotor?

Im thinking of buying some EBC turbo grooved rotors, they are 280mm.

I would like to get bigger brakes so I need the info. (My car is in the workshop)

Can anyone else recommend a good set, (larger than OE) other than EBC?

What are your opinions on EBC rotors? Im thinking of getting pagid pads.

Also, will I have a problem fitting them in? ie. touching the rim. I have 17 inch rims.

172/182 disks are 280mm.

If you want bigger disks youll also need caliper mounting brackets making up so the caliper doesnt hit the disc.

Personally the stock discs are fine IMO. IF you want get some groved but they are only for looks. Get better pads and dot 4.1 fluid and bleed the brakes.

You can go upto 285mm with 15s so about 300 is the limit for 16s. 350 for 17s.
