Miss fire?

I have a 1.2 16V clio dynamique A few weeks ago I had a misfire, I got it home and had the coil pack changed, this cured the problem until the weekend when this misfire returned.
i have now had the injectors changed but still no luck. Also when the engine is running the engine light flashes and the gear stick shakes when idling.

all help will be gratefully accepted.

Check spark plugs also was it a genuine coil pack could also be the leads check for arking out on the leads

All running fine, coil pack spark plugs are good and I took it to a garage one of the valves has gone
