Manual to electric sunroof swap

Hi all, apologies if I have put this in the wrong category. I have a ph1 1.2 grande currently with a manual sunroof and I am wondering if I got a replacement electric sunroof would it be a simple plung in and go or can it not be done?

I'm not saying for definite, but I'd imagine the loom would be different.

When I looked into fitting an optional extra Bluetooth head unit to my car, I found the mic wouldn't work as it's run off a different loom
