Main Dealers

Just wandering what are peoples issues with main dealers?

• Have you personally had a bad experience?

• Cost issues?

• Quality of work? (from your own experience, not i heard off so and so)

Obviously labour is expensive, but think about the staff that work at a main dealer compared to a specialist or local garage, tech's will see 10% of that labour rate you pay.

I know there are a few renault tech's on here so would like to hear their opinions too.

Would love to hear everyones views tbh.
