Macbook Pro SSD and HDD relocation

After some advice from SSD users...

My main macbook is a 13" MBP, current spec. I have just bought this:

http://www.blackmagic-design.com/products/intensity/

For capturing uncompressed xbox footage etc. However the write times of my hard drive (1TB 5400rpm drive fitted by myself) just arent upt to 720/1080p capture. So I want to replace the drive with a 240gb SSD to run the OS and apps from. So my first question is, budget aside, whats the best SSD I can get for this application? Any recommendations?

Also, i want to then move the 1TB samsung drive into the space the optical bay uses and black the dvd slot, anyone done this?

I am currently looking at this:

Have I just answered all my own questions?

Optibay while very good, is furiously expensive for what it is.

No idea on what SSD is best, but you can bet your life its the one that costs the most.

I'd look into a seagate momentus XT 750GB drive too.

Ive bought an optibay and one of these:

http://www.misco.co.uk/Product/173374/Crucial-256GB-M4-SATA-Solid-State-Hard-Drive

Read speeds of upto 415mbs. That will hold the OSX and have a 100gb partition for capturing video. Then I am relocating the 1tb drive into the optibay. Im using this for a bootcamp partition, and to store itunes, iphoto and other non speed dependant data. I might also partition it and use it as an inbuilt time machine drive...

The optical drive simply gets housed in a caddy they send you for free, so it becomes external...
