Mac users - What's better than Audio Hijack Pro

Above guys what software do you use on your mac to hijack audio within an application or website. Looking for something that does the same job as Audio Hijack Pro but for free.

depends which website you are trying to take music off. On websites like Hypem you can bring up the activity window (alt,cmd,A) then find the line that shows the file it'll be the only one over a couple of mb's then copy it (cmd,C) then bring up the downloads window (cmd,alt,L) then paste into this window (cmd,V) and hey presto it starts downloading yay

pay for audio hijack pro its well well worth it!! sorry not to help more but its the nuts, not found anything better in the last four years of mac use.
