Loud Knocking noise ! Any ideas?

hi all ,

so i have been having a problem with my car for the last few weeks , its a fairly loud knock sometimes it sounds like its coming from passenger side front , then some times it sounds like its coming from underneath ,
It will happen every time i drive numerous times , it can be when i drop of a curb , when i pull off , or just when I'm driving along ,
I fitted Eibach sport-lines about a month n half ago, and also a white line arb ,
I have had the car up on the jacks several times and each time i cant find the problem , there's no play in ball joints , wishbones , arb etc
really don't know what the problem is but its really annoying me now ,

Could be your exhaust? You checked all the hangers?

Ive got this at the moment and im on ktec coilovers but i no mine is the shock itself but when i grease the shock it goes away.

yes mate exhaust seems fine
