Lost a few accessories and car won't start

Got in my car yesterday put key in went to start it and nothing... I have ignition but no wiper, no electric windows, no hazards, no rear heated window, no lock button, no over head light, but the headlights worked, cd player worked not sure what else, but when I tried to start it, there would be like a 5 second buzz coming from what sounded like behind the dash/gauges... Tried rocking it back and forth in gear, checked all interior fuse panel and under bonnet fuse panel all okay, tried rocking it in gear, tried bump starting but nothing worked, any ideas ASAP before I get an electrician in ?
