Not sure if this is a problem with the car going into like some sort of limp home mode but it only does it occasionally. As it's an intermittent fault I'm thinking its something electrical/sensor wise but not sure where to start.
Every now and again the car will not rev over 2k, it's like it's running out of petrol, it seems to do it when I always have loads of traffic behind me lol sometimes if I take it out of gear and put it back in again it will then be ok but this might just be coincidental. It doesn't seem to make a difference if the car is warm or cold, it's just really random.
Please can someone point me in the right direction of where to start. It's a 1.2 8v Ph 1 Mk 2 btw.
