Clio 182 FF + Cup Packs

Experienced a weird feeling in my 182 today, was doing about 70mph when the steering felt lighter than usual and the car began to move slightly (like when you get cross wind hitting the car). So reduced it down to 50/60 and still the same but not so much force. Only other time i felt a car do this was when I had a blow out in a hire car, rear tyre went.
I checked the all the tyres on the 182 and all look fine. Just wondering if anyone else has had this kind of thing? Or was it just a one off strong wind!!!
