Laptop for around £300/400

My sisters looking for a laptop, doesn't want to spend that much as she's only going to be using it for web surfing/facebook and generally uploading pictures/videos.

Wants to spend no more than £400, ideally less (she also has £150 of Amazon vouchers so wants to use those).

My laptop is on its way out, I will be getting an iPad for day to day use and using the laptop only when neccessary
