Ktec top mounts

Is there a guide to fitting these i have had a look but cant seem to find one, any help would be welcome

They do fred but to a novice they not that clear

drill 3 holes and chuck em on, its not that hard!

nice 1 fred think im sorted now, think i was getting confused with the instructions as i think they are refering to standard suspention setup

Well got me top mounts fitted today pretty easy job but once all fitted got in me car for test drive and now me collies squeek like hell on both sides when turning
