Current setup is:

ktec top mounts
the query I have is, when turning should the nut that's threaded to the top of the strut be turning when I turn the steering wheel? As I think it should be, but it's not.
the top mount has been stripped prior to fitting and greased up, when it's fitted to the suspension (I.e ready to fit to the car), the top mount spins freely/nicely as it should.
However, when fitted to the car, the top but doesn't turn/rotate in correspondence with the steering. As far as I know, the mounts are fitted correctly, aswell as using the correct shouldered nut that comes with the top mounts.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
