Knocking after lowering my car

Hello, i have lowered my car this morning using eibach progressive springs, aparantly it is 45mm front and 30mm back, just took it for a drive and noticed a knocking noise when turning the steeering wheel, on a past cat it was the drive shafts, coukd this be the case and is there any replacement shafts or anything i can do to stop this as i dont fancy breaking down with a wrecked drive shaft which resulted in a new gearbox last time in the old car /: thankyou

Probably your springs not seated properly.

We made sure they were twisted into the cups proply before we put the struts back in, will they fall into place if this is the case or do the struts need to cum back off and re do them again? Thankyou
