Finally got my new stealth exhaust on Friday so decided to fit it on Saturday using ramps...went quite smoothly apart from having to grind off the heavly rusted cat bolts and reversing over the brand new tube of exhaust paste !!!!
Got it started up and it sounded lovely, until I offered to give a lift to some fat people whose weight caused the suspension to sink and my new exhausted to bash off the rear axle over every bump !!
Back under the car on Sunday, thinking it would be easy to make the neccessary adjustments but noooo, I couldn't budge the exhaust because of the past I used, I had take the whole thing off and start again
Its all sorted now, but if your considering buying and fitting yourself make sure you have enough clearance above the rear axle, mine now clears by about inch and a half.
P.s People who say the K-tec stealth exhaust is not noisy, are lying !! I like it but think I might get sick of it in my old age
