iTunes album covers have gone tits up?

Just recently I've noticed a few of my album covers have changed. Crystal Xastles second album now shows a picture of Big Boi from Outkast, Ellie Gouldings album now shows a mix between the old album and the updated one, and Coldplays Parachutes shows different covers.

Any way of fixing this? Really bugs me when I flick through my iTouch to find a sing.

Also, is there a way to add pictures of album covers from the net? iTunes doesn't recognise some, even though they list the album to buy!

Had this problem before. They didn't put the right album covers in and put similar titled ones in instead.

I just add my own. Save the artwork in a file and then on the get info bit on a song/album, add your own artwork in.
