ITB's gaskets.

I'm currently fitting ITB's to my spare engine its going to see road use and a bit of track time here and there, my question is would it be worth while getting a up rated head gasket? and on that note up rated piston rings?
I only ask as ive stripped the engine down last night and my friends dad mentioned it.

I was thinking of going for genuine Renault parts for the head bolts gaskets and rings but he said it would be worth wile upgrading them whilst it out.
Any thoughts and comments welcome!

Standard engine with standard Renault gaskets etc. I would do the following though to make the most of the ITBs and enging longevity :-

Uprated cams £320ish (Piper BP285 are the best £/performance)
Head port/polish (makes the most of the cams and ITBs)
ARP conrod bolts (standard are a weak point)
Supertec valves (standard are a weak point, head is being done anyway)

I wouldn't go any further than that because it starts getting expensive and the gains aren't worth it.
