Is the wheel centre spigot on the rear discs load bearing?

  Megane R26
I had a new bearing pressed into one of my rear discs. They discs are only about 8k miles old otherwise I would have replaced them. After I'd had the old bearing pressed out and the new one in I noticed that the dust cover wouldn't stay on properly when I was reinstalling them. I looked closely at the ring and there was a small hairline crack inside. The wheel also needed slightly more force to get it over the ring as well as it has clearly expanded slightly.

I've already bought some new discs but I was wondering anyway whether it would be safe to drive on?

as above, be fine matey if you just square up the bolts as normal and torque them up nicely :)
