Is a slightly buckled steel wheel repairable?

Is it possible to have a steel wheel with slight buckling on the outer edge repaired?

All depends on the severity of damage. I've had some wheels I've fixed (with a hammer) and then balanced out and others that have gone on the bin.

If its just a steel wheel you can pick up a new one from the scrappy for a few quid.
