iPhone OBD II reader

Was looking at OBD II readers and this came up

Quite a decent piece of kit but $150 plus £30 for the software.

Will it give accurate readings?

I found an app on the android market similar the other week. Requires a bluetooth ODBII dongle that plugs into ur ODB port and then ur phone connects to it. Gives you gauges and also reads fault codes etc. Dont think the dongles are all that expensive either. I keep meaning to order one just to try it out

can't comment on the above iphone apps, but I use this one; Mac Tools ET97

simply to use for fault codes, and also can give live running data for emissions and fueling.
