iPhone email & Outlook (multiple sessions)

This is a strange one, and hopefully someone can help.

I've been using my work emails for months now on my iPhone, with no issues.

I get a copy of every email onto the phone and the laptop, and can view online via webmail too.

These last few days, if my iPhone emails are ON the laptop and webmail won't login, it's as if it won't handle a multiple session.

As soon as I switch the iPhone mail OFF, the other two work fine within seconds.

Any ideas?
