iPhone 3GS signal

Am i the only one to have signal issues with the 3GS?

Were i sit at work i barely get a signal with it, however in my other hand i have a sony ericsson and it has 3 bars of signal. :S

I've only had probs with mine once, since last July.

I must admit I've noticed its not great bar-wise on the screen.

But even with only 1 block of signal it still makes for a clear call I find

Yeah I don't think it's the best for picking up good signal. I get less signal on my iPhone compared to my works phone on the same network, and also compared to my old Nokia.

Mines hit and miss at times has to be said, think its more an orange thing though.

Indoors, I can have good 3G signal, and then move it 6 inches and not.

Outdoors, no issues, always been very good.

Not compared it to other phones.

Have you got a 3g sim card? I work with a wally who was running an old sim card and suffered with constant signal problems!
