can anyone tell me if the interior light bulb is the same as the number plate bulb.cheers.....

I think the interior is a 501 bulb, like the side lights. I don't know what type the numberplate is.

It depends what type of interior light you have? If you have the big rocker one, its a festoon bulb.
If you have the map reading type one, its different.
