Insurance after being fined?

Does anyone know how much insurance may go up for getting a driving ban? Im not proud of it but have just been banned today for 14days and wanted to know if anyone else had been through this process and did your insurance go up by much?

I'd imagine it'll all be down to the specific person. So your age/car/location/NCB will all come into play. Did you get points?

The general rule is double your previous policy, minus 10x your amount of no-claims.

So if it was £1k and you have 5yrs NCB, it will be £2k - £50 = £1950.

23 years old with 3 NCD, currently paying 330. So I should expect it to rise to approx 500-600 with a speeding conviction. This is my first offence. I didnt get any points, just a 14 day ban and a fine
