My speakers out the rear of the cup.

Do they fit straight in? or do you need to work them in a little?

Straight in, just pop the rear speaker covers off, The only thing you will need to do is wire them up. The original speakers have a clip this will need to be cut off, but do it with slack so you can easily re fit it should you want to put the originals back in. Then its simply positive to positive negative to negative?
